Chelsea Nursing Service was set up by an experienced dermatology nurse to provide bespoke nursing services in and around Chelsea, at a time and place convenient to you. She witnessed first-hand the difficulties patients had in gaining access to their NHS GP nurse or hospital nurses for nursing care which would only be a relatively quick appointment.

Josephine joined the dermatology department at Kings College Hospital, London in 2011. During her time there she developed a broad knowledge in all areas of dermatology; including surgical and chronic wound care, topical treatments, paediatric dermatology, phototherapy, skin cancer as well as assisting with both traditional and Mohs' surgery. She held the post of Nurse Specialist for Skin Cancer and Surgery before becoming Senior Sister of the department. In addition to this role she ran a follow up clinic for the treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis using botox and continued to be involved with skin cancer MDT and joint specialty clinics.
Her experience in the NHS had shown her that access to good nursing care in the community was becoming increasingly difficult due to the pressures and budget cuts applied to the public health services. Chelsea Nursing Service was set up in 2017 to provide an alternative option for patients who needed a convenient appointment time at a familiar and comfortable location. In 2019 Josephine added ear irrigation to her skill set as the service which was being offered at most NHS GPs started to be removed. Most recently Josephine completed endoscopic wax removal training with Clearwax and is now able to offer video oto-endoscopic ear care including e-suction.
Josephine also works at a private dermatology clinic in Harley Street.
